Honey Glazed Carrots

Carrots
Filtered water
Butter (about 1-2 Tablespoons per bunch)
Honey (about 1-2 Tablespoons per bunch)
Salt (to taste)

Slice carrots either into circular discs or into sticks. Add carrots and water together, bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium heat, add butter and honey and mix well. Boil off excess water, make sure you stir as the water evaporates away. You might want to add a little more butter at the end and then add salt to taste.
